Employing a dedicated and collaborative team of 14, RNAA is led by Managing Director Mark Nicholas, MBE DL and supported by a high profile, committed Board of Trustees.

The Association is values led, having developed an inclusive and engaging culture which fosters teamwork, thoughtfulness, proactivity and professionalism.

The RNAA manifests these values through further initiatives such as the Opportunities Fund, The Yield Network and their Long Service Awards. They are committed to the development of their people, and to making their employees feel engaged and valued.

ESG Statement

The RNAA is a force for good through its work to support and promote food production, farming, and the countryside in Norfolk. The RNAA encourages positive, socially responsible actions in all their commercial and charitable work. Their ESG actions are guided by the six charitable objectives of the Association:

  1. Promote improvement in the breeding of livestock and plants.
  2. Promote the invention and improvement of agricultural machines.
  3. Encourage skills in agriculture, horticulture, forestry, pisciculture and rural crafts.
  4. Encourage and promote agricultural science and research.
  5. Encourage and promote education in relation to food, farming, and the countryside.
  6. Advance and encourage the protection and safeguarding of the environment.
