Strategy for Commercial Growth

This will also feature outdoor seating in a two-acre market garden. Planning has been approved and it is envisaged that the build will commence in Spring 2024.

Plans to extend the main exhibition hall will commence in July 2023, to provide further event and conferencing space to increase the versatility of the venue. It will be the Commercial Director's responsibility to oversee the planning of all commercial activity relating to RNAA’s events, whilst expanding and diversifying its programme of events. Nurturing beneficial commercial partnerships and encouraging new networks with like-minded organisations will help to raise the profile of the Showground as the “go-to” events venue for the region will be an integral facet of the role.
